The People Behind the Work
Our directors are hands-on across quoting, scheduling, and quality checks. You’ll deal directly with the directors—so decisions are fast and standards stay high.
Licensed builder and project lead. Michael oversees quoting and delivery, making sure scopes are practical, pricing is transparent, and sites stay tidy.
Operations and finish quality. Steve coordinates crews and materials, keeps programmes moving, and signs off the details we’re known for.
Together, Michael and Steve run both MKC and AreaTech as one integrated team across Christchurch and Canterbury.
